What’s better than finding a single solution to all your problems?
Well, I can’t think of somebody who does not spend hours in washroom or bathroom thinking of things that will never come true, planning verbal dialogues for conversation that will probably never happen, regretting past deeds and thinking how the life would have been if ‘’that’’ wouldn’t have happened. But what’s the point of questioning a problem without a solution!
There is no fun in wasting hours thinking of stuff that would give you nothing but restless nights, stress and depression. Diverting your mind or engaging yourself in other activities is nothing but a defense mechanism that will only help in short term. A smart way to deal with any problem is to accept it with a bold attitude and consciously find a way to come out of it, even stronger.
Unfinished thoughts accumulate in unconscious part of the brain and become the major reason for depression and anxiety.
When all the thoughts, whether good or bad, are properly attended to and accepted by the person in the initial period, they never cause any problem.
Another important thing to be practiced is, we must let a bad thought come and go just like any other positive or good thought comes and goes. When such a thought strikes your mind, think upon it practically, make sure to convince your brain that this thought is not a fact of reality but an imagination, hence it is not supposed to be given any attention.
It will take a couple of weeks to practice this but once you do it , a drastic change in the personality will be noticed because a stress-free brain is the best position a human can be in!
